SHTETLE
CHAPTER VI, CITY OF H
Shtetle is a lifelong archive of monotypes recording the artist’s observations: intimate domestic moments, traces of other lives, and the subtle character of the places inhabited. Every piece reflects how lived experience and recollection quietly overlap across chapters, forming an ongoing visual record of a shifting inner and outer world.
The work uses a needle transfer technique and is brought to life with a quiet, naive warmth of wax pastel.
